What is the Liquid Facelift Treatment Like?
The liquid facelift treatment involves performing multiple injections into various areas of the face, based on your specific treatment goals. We will apply a topical anesthetic to the treatment areas in order to minimize any discomfort during the injection process. After the injections are performed, your treatment is complete. A liquid facelift can take between 30 minutes and one hour, depending on the number of injectables being administered.
What Can I Expect After My Liquid Facelift Treatment?
After your liquid facelift treatment, you may notice some swelling, redness, or sensitivity in the treated areas. These effects are common, and usually fade within a few days. Most dermal fillers product instant results, so you can enjoy an improvement in facial volume and a reduction in lines and wrinkles immediately. Other products, such as Botox®, will take a few days to take effect. For this reason, patients will notice optimal results from their liquid facelift about a week or two after treatment, once all side effects fade and all treatments are in full effect. How Long Do the Results from a Liquid Facelift Last?
The duration of the results from your liquid facelift will depend on the specific dermal filler products used during treatment. Some products produce results that last for about six months, while others produce results that can last upwards of two years.
